Response and Clarifications to questions.

1)  If you are interested in signing up visit our Training Page or Groupon Page.

2)  Diver Training is the Academics and the Pool Class training sessions before you are givien a skills test in an Open Water Environment, and Diver Certification is a trip which is separate averaging cost of $350 per person to the Open Water which is also "Code for Vacation."

3)  The gear is included in training, we offer gear for sale, have popular gear brands to sample, and also make gear purchase recommendations.

4)  We offer on-line Academics.  However the pool class must be conducted in person before the Certification Trip. Special circumstances may allow some on site training.

5)  We guage attitude, determination, and motivation over swimming ability.  If you are eager to learn diving we will teach you diving skills which are a new set of skills to learn.  We will concentrate on building new skills rather than focusing on limitations.

6)  Upon sucessful completion of your Diver Training there is a Diver Certification trip which you are required to demonstrate comfortability in the water, competence with the equipment, knowledge of the information, and the ability to perform the skills (check out dives) in Open Water.  After a sucessful Certification Trip you are, signed off on and awarded a Temporary Certification Card.  There is a separate $25 for the actual hard plastic card.  Certification Cards (C-Cards) are required internationally for scuba diving, tank rental, or chartered scuba trips.

7)  It is possible to complete your Diver Training with us, and then complete your Diver Certification Trip somewhere else with someone else (an authorized Diving Instructor).  We offer a referral for $150.  Upon succesful completion and return from your Certification Trip you are, signed off on and awarded a Temporary Certification Card.  There is a separate $25 for the actual hard plastic card.

8)  If you are already certified "Lets Go Diving" there are many sites local or world wide to experience diving on various levels.  Just like the diving locations and conditions differ so does diver training.  Make sure you are trained for the type of diving you would like to do.  There is deep/technical diving, night diving, wreck diving, drift diving, cave diving, high altitude diving, and even ice diving.  We are here to help with all your diving requirements for knowledge and preparedness.

9)  We frequent some Florida locations for Diver Certification Trips.  Those locations are Vortex Springs (Ponce de Leon FL), Ginnie Springs (High Springs FL), Blue Grotto (Williston FL), and Saint Andrews State Park / Boat Dives Panama City Dive Center (Panama City FL).
